This is why our products can present various smells depending on the product, according to their different composition. Our Skin Cloud make-up remover, for example, has a delicious almond smell from its formula.

You can directly access your invoices in your customer area, by clicking on the "My account" tab at the top right of the screen and then on the "Order history" tab. Here you will have access to all the information about all your past orders, including your invoices.

At any time, you have the freedom to change the password associated with your Mimetic account. To do this, click on "My Account" at the top right of your screen, then on the "My Data" tab. You can then change your password. But be careful, don’t forget to save your changes!

To facilitate the ordering process, you have the option of remembering your delivery addresses. Simply click on the “My Account” tab at the top right of your screen and then click on the “Save a first address” or “Addresses” tab. You can then add, edit, or delete your addresses as needed.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the content of your order once payment has been made.

Our policy does not offer refunds for open or used products. Only unopened products in their original condition, returned within the withdrawal period provided, are eligible for a refund after receipt of the products.
