ARTICLE - DELIVERY
1. Definition: Delivery refers to the transfer of physical possession of the goods to the consumer.
2. Shipping Time: Under normal conditions, the professional seller will process the order as quickly as possible from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The French Lab commits to shipping orders within 24 working hours following the validation of the order, subject to available stock.
3. Delivery Time: The prepared order will be handed over to La Poste or its subsidiaries (Suivi Letter, Colissimo, Delivengo, etc.) or Mondial Relay, at the customer's choice, for delivery within 2 to 3 days in metropolitan France or Belgium.
Orders destined for DOM TOM or abroad will also be shipped by La Poste or its subsidiaries and delivered by their local partner. Delivery times may vary depending on the region or country of delivery.
A rapid delivery option is offered from Monday to Friday for customers with a delivery address located in Paris. Orders validated before noon will be processed on the same day and delivered by La Poste to the indicated address. After 12 PM, delivery will occur on the evening of the next working day. In the event of a delivery failure due to the customer, The French Lab cannot be held responsible.
To facilitate the delivery of the order by the carrier, the customer agrees to make the necessary efforts for the successful delivery of the package: a visible name on the mailbox, provision of the access code, and a phone number.
4. Delivery Delay: In the case of a delivery delay of more than 5 working days, the customer must inform The French Lab's customer service, which will take the necessary and appropriate actions.
5. Delivery Location: Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form.
6. Product Compliance: If the product does not conform to the order, the consumer must submit a complaint to the professional seller to obtain a replacement product or possibly the resolution of the sale.
7. Transfer of Ownership: From the date of delivery indicated on the order form, ownership of the product is transferred to the buyer, unless the full payment of the price has not been received at the time of the order.
