ARTICLE - CANCELLATION POLICY

At The French Lab, we understand that you may wish to cancel a service or subscription. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for cancellation.

Cancellation Conditions:
- Subscriptions: You may cancel a subscription at any time, subject to the specific conditions of each subscription.
- Service Contracts: Contracts may be canceled in accordance with the terms specified in the contract.

Cancellation Procedure:

1. For Subscriptions:
1. Log in to your user account.
2. Go to the "Subscriptions" or "Manage Subscription" section.
3. Follow the instructions to initiate the cancellation.

2. For Service Contracts:
1. Contact our customer service at hello@mimetique.com.
2. Provide the necessary information to identify your contract or service.
3. We will send you a confirmation of cancellation once your request has been processed.

Timing and Effects:
- Subscriptions: The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be incurred after cancellation.
- Service Contracts: The cancellation will take effect at the end of the agreed period, unless otherwise stated in the contract.

Refunds:
- Subscriptions: No refunds will be granted for already paid periods, except where required by law or in the event of an error on our part.
- Service Contracts: Refunds will be processed according to the terms specified in the contract.

Modification or Suspension:
- We reserve the right to modify or suspend our services or subscriptions at any time. In the event of modification, we will notify you at least [number of days] in advance. You will have the option to cancel without additional charges before the changes take effect.
